   • KITTED LIMITED, Company Number 16021275, is a football shirt marketplace. Our registered address is 5 Embleton Avenue, Acklam, Middlesbrough, England, TS5 7EA.
2. Services
   • KITTED allows users to:
     1. List football shirts for sale.
     2. Buy football shirts.
     3. Showcase football shirt collections.
3. User Responsibilities
   • Users must provide accurate and honest descriptions of their listed items. Items deemed counterfeit or unauthentic (and not clearly stated as such) will result in permanent account suspension.
   • Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.
   • Users are solely responsible for their interactions and transactions on KITTED.
4. Fees and Payments
   • KITTED charges no fees for sellers. Buyers pay fees as part of their purchase.
   • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Dispute Resolution
   • Users are responsible for resolving disputes directly with other users.
   • Items are non-returnable unless they are proven to clearly not meet the listed description.
6. Prohibited Activities
   • Users must not: List counterfeit or unauthentic items. Engage in abusive language or behavior. Post adult content or non-football-related items. Commit fraud or engage in any illegal activities.
7. Termination
   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: Violating any of the prohibited activities listed above. Engaging in fraudulent behavior or activities that harm other users or KITTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • KITTED is not liable for: Losses arising from transactions between users. Downtime or technical issues with the platform. Unauthorized access to user accounts.
